I was offered a Lexus Reserve vehicle from a few dealerships, but in Massachusetts, you have to leave your Lexus RZ at the dealership while you take the loaner. Not sure if it's the same where you are. Lexus covers the cost, so there are no out-of-pocket expenses except fuel and tolls. The loaners come with EZ-PASS in MA.

It’s not an option in mine either as it’s greyed out. Therefore I asked my service advisor at Lexus if I could just call him and set it up if I needed it and he said yes but that’s not official and who knows if I actually tried it that way without the app, if they’d even let me do it.
