Man, the Lexus Link app is a complete mess! It’s always showing the wrong charge status, and I’m constantly getting logged out. The pre-conditioning feature? Totally worthless. Plus, the app is just slow and buggy all around. Is anyone else having these issues? I’m seriously starting to regret getting a Lexus because of this nightmare of an app.
 
Try restarting your car. It might clear up the bug. Alternatively, you can wait for the next software update. It usually happens with EVs and it gets corrected after the next software update.

the app definitely has its issues! I’ve had problems with charge status updates and pre-conditioning, too. I found that reinstalling it sometimes helps, but it’s still not perfect. I’ve sent feedback to Lexus and am crossing my fingers they release a big fix soon. You might want to reach out to Lexus support as well. it’s frustrating, but hopefully, they’re working on it!

Oh man, I totally feel you! The app's a nightmare. It kept logging me out all the time and wouldn’t even show the right details. So frustrating! Have you tried hitting up their support team yet?

How is this now? Did you ask your dealer about this?
 
You're definitely not the only one experiencing problems with the Lexus Link app. It's a widely criticized app with issues like inaccurate charge status, frequent logouts, useless pre-conditioning, and general instability. It seems like it was released without proper testing which is disappointing given the quality of Lexus vehicles. It's seriously impacting the ownership experience.
