Lexus Link+ App

Is it useless or just me? Anyone else having issues with the Lexus Link+ app? It's great for preheating the car, but everything else seems to be broken. The data is always outdated, and it's constantly giving me error messages. I love my 450e, but long trips in cold weather are a nightmare because of slow charging speeds. Any tips on how to deal with the app or improve charging times?

Try doing a hard restart on your car first. Maybe it's just a glitch and needs restarting.

Yeah, the Lexus Link+ app can be pretty glitchy. I’ve had luck reinstalling it and clearing the cache,it seemed to help with the old data issue.

Been dealing with it for a while now too. Just do a hard reset. Usually happens when there's software update with lots of glitches.

Ugh, same app headaches here too. The local dealership was zero help, they basically shrugged and said they have no control over the app.

you're not alone in facing these problems. Regarding the slow charging speeds in cold weather it's important to understand that temperature does impact EV charging. However, consistently slow charging could also indicate a battery management system or charger problem. make sure it;s updated and try reinstalling it if necessary. To improve charging times try to precondition the battery before chargingor utilize a higher-speed charger.
