So I’m trying to use the Lexus Reserve program to grab a car, but I’m hitting a snag. I’m leasing an RZ, so I should have 30 days of free over 3 years, but the option’s MIA in my app. Anyone else run into this issue? Got any tips on how to get it sorted? TIA

I had a canceled reservation, but the app still shows it as active. Customer support confirmed the cancellation and stated that there is a display issue with the app.

I haven't had a chance to try the reserve program yet but it's definitely a perk. Did you figure out why the option isn't available on your app?

That’s super frustrating. I’d suggest calling Lexus support directly, they’re usually pretty responsive for app-related issues. It could be as simple as re-syncing your lease info with your account.
