charging problem

I'm in a bit of a pickle with my new Lexus RZ450. I bought it back in January and everything was great for the first six weeks. Then, out of the blue, it just stopped charging! I had to take it back to the Lexus dealership, and they told me it needs a new charging module. I've been waiting for weeks now, and it's starting to test my patience. I've been a loyal Lexus RX450 owner for 20 years, but this is really frustrating.

Ask for an LC500 as a loaner while you wait for the charging module; it would be a wonderful way to pass the time.

It sucks that this is happening. You'd think a big company like this would get it right. I wonder how often this happens with other EVs.

It's unacceptable that Lexus is prioritizing new vehicle production over repairing existing vehicles. By withholding spare parts, they're essentially stranding customers. We need to let them know that this practice is unacceptable and demand a change.
