Lexus RZ charging

We just bought a new Lexus RZ450 and it already broke down! It won't charge and Lexus sent me a crappy manual rental car without gas. I've been a loyal Lexus customer for years, but this is ridiculous. Anyone else had issues with their RZ? I'm so frustrated with their after-sales service.

Sorry to hear about that! I've been eyeing that car, but hearing about charging issues is a major red flag. Lexus needs to step up their game on quality control.
