Is RZ 450e Range just a hype?

Lexus claims their RZ 450e can go up to 225 miles on a single charge with 18-inch tires. I read they're talking about this platform and tech they used to squeeze every mile out of the battery. But let's be real, how does this thing actually perform in the real world? Anyone out there driving an RZ? What kind of range are you really getting? And would you know how do those 18-inch tires affect it?

Don't believe in that one. It still depends on your driving attitude and the temperature. Your driving style and weather conditions, especially cold temperatures, significantly impact your range.

I am fairly certain it can do much better than 225 miles on a single charge with 18" wheels. I think it can actually do about 260 miles if hvac isn't active (this would mean about 4.2 miles/kWh).

I'll post a pic tomorrow, but after nearly 1,000 miles, I am getting 4 miles/kWh and estimated range of 248 miles at 100%. Mostly urban/suburban driving.

This is with 18" wheels. When I get level 2 installed in my garage (hopefully end of this week), I will see how this holds up down to 20% (so far, I haven't let the battery go below 65%).
