We're thinking about leasing the RZ Luxury package, but we're concerned about the durability of the Ultrasuede upholstery, especially with pets. We'd prefer to avoid using seat covers if possible. Do you have any experience with the practicality of Ultrasuede, especially with pets?

Ultrasuede is designed to be more durable than traditional suede, but it’s still not as rugged as leather or some synthetic materials. Ultrasuede and pets can coexist, but it depends on your furry friend’s habits! If your pets are prone to jumping around, I’d suggest a pet hammock for the back seats. It’s a great way to keep the material pristine while avoiding full seat covers. Scratches or hair buildup might become an issue over time. Otherwise, you could look into Lexus’ interior protection products, some dealers offer treatments to help guard against scratches and stains. The RZ is a beauty, by the way, great choice!
