Preheat/Precool Lexus RZ while charging?

I'm trying to figure out how to pre-condition my EV to warm up or cool down the cabin while it's still plugged in. I swear I saw a feature that lets you do this, but now I can’t find it anywhere. Anyone else used this or know how to turn it on?

You’re on the right track! Preconditioning your Lexus RZ is great for comfort and efficiency. If you’re using the app, you can control the climate remotely by navigating to the Remote Services section, just set the temperature and hit start. Use the in-car system, the Climate settings and enable “Preconditioning” with a scheduled Departure Time. Remember, it works best when the battery is sufficiently charged. If you still can’t find it, a quick check with your Lexus dealer might reveal any updates or fixes. It’s a game-changer, especially in extreme weather!
