RZ Winter Tires and Wheels

I’m rolling around in an RZ 450e Luxury with summer tires at the moment, but I’m seriously thinking about switching to a winter setup in the next month or so. Anyone here made the switch to winter tires and swapped out their 20” wheels for 18”? What’s the scoop on the pros and cons? Also, got any hot tips on good winter tires? Appreciate any tips you’ve got!
