RZ450e Battery

I used a scanner to check my battery and found out that it wasn't fully charged even though the bar is full. I'm wondering if this is normal or if my battery is depleting. After a long drive, I used roughly half of the battery. If I could use it all, I could probably cover about 220 miles. Do you guys know how to check the battery's health?
