Your best bet is checking the owner’s manual or Lexus’ website, they usually have a section explaining all the lights and notifications. If you’re missing the manual, a quick search on the Lexus Website would work, or maybe call the dealer to get another copy.
That’s disappointing, though Lexus isn't exactly known for being ahead of the curve with infotainment. Have you considered reaching out to Lexus themselves rather than the dealer? There might be an update in the works that could resolve some of these issues.
